Cooldown periods may have been increased to justify 4chan pass users to have a ("lower") cooldown period.

The _intra cooldowns no longer exist, so to fix this, src/Posting/QR.cooldown.coffee needs to be updated to use reply and image always instead of reply_intra and image_intra.

Also interested in if Appchan X is dead. Seems 4chan X is getting a lot more attention and regular updates. If it is dead, could developers at least announce it?
