Reset in-app purchases when app reinstalled while "Restore purchases" is disabled. #145

When "Restore Purchases" is disabled, user cannot make new purchases if the last package was not fully consumed. Instead user gets a notice to restore last package but obviously unable to do so.

Good point but I'm afraid we can't do anything since it's on Google's side. Maybe we can only cancel the order from the Developer Console.
