Some users might not know what index is it , and whether it starts from 0 or 1

Thank you for your report.

This index was w.r.t to the way the meals/steps/workouts was displayed as a list when the viewmeal, viewsteps (or similar command) was used.

Team chose [response.Rejected]

Reason for disagreement: I am not sure why the team rejected my bug as they didnt explain why it is not needed to provide the definition in the UG. They simply explained to me what an index is. Other users might have the same doubt also, and it would be quite inconvenient if everyone has to ask the same question to the developers team and wait for a response. Hence, simply adding a glossary/short explanation of what is an index in the UG would save so much time.
