Thanks for raising this. The link actually works for the DG on github but not the pdf. We will accept this bug because we failed to ensure it works for all.

Reason for disagreement: According to the definition of low severity:

I believe most readers will click the hyperlink so that they can refer to the actual code while reading the DG, hence I don't think it is a very rare situation where the hyperlink is needed. Furthermore, since more than half of the hyperlinks are not working, the minor inconveniences add up and could cause a lot of troubles to the reader.
