for estimating disease effect in one celltype (as in your vignette section 5.1.1) , what is the minimum number of RNAseq samples required? RNA sequencing 100 bulk samples is not impossible, but quite demanding in practice.
I understand from the vignette that the design matrix for 6 celltypes has 12 coefficients. Could you kindly share your thoughts on the minimum number of samples to estimate disease effects for e.g. 4 different celltypes?
