Option to show status bar and/or ICS softkeys on device #128

I'm requesting the ability to selectively display the top notification bar on 
the device, as well as the lower ICS softkey bar. (and of course, reduce the 
mirror selection size on the host PC accordingly).

I'm usually working with mockups that don't have those elements in the design, 
so it would help frame the design in the proper context when testing on 
multiple devices.

(Version 0.2 now works *perfectly* with Galaxy Nexus and multiple monitors, so 
thanks for the great tool!)
