Description

Attempt to invoke virtual method 'android.content.res.Configuration android.content.res.Resources.getConfiguration()' on a null object reference

The issue was discussed here, seems happening to some 3rd party customized android OS only. No fix worked. Such a pain in the ass. https://code.google.com/p/gmaps-api-issues/issues/detail?id=9071#c16

Decided to use android emulator for development as for now

Same problem on Asus ZenPhone.
