There's another mention of .Permalink in https://github.com/zjedi/hugo-scroll/blob/master/exampleSite/layouts/partials/custom_header_video.html#L10

Is this relevant as well?

I pushed a second commit to https://github.com/zjedi/hugo-scroll/compare/master...dholbach:hugo-scroll:RelPermalink which should help with fixing the language picker for multi-host. I am happy to send in a second PR though.
