Finger Animation #212

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Pick Night Elf
2. Choose any animation
3. Keep an eye on the hands

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Fingers don't seem to animate, that is, stays in the "hand closed" position, 
regardless of which animation you choose.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r598, Windows 7 x64.

Please provide any additional information like screenshot and log.txt
below.
