Enable Plugin in other products such as Webstorm #9

I dont really see a reason to disallow the use of rainbow in other products like webstorm.

thx! i just use IDEA for now, and not realize the compatibility issue here 😂

i think we're good here, will upload to the plugin center later. btw, maybe you can change the branch name related to the PR and that will be nice. thx again :)

if its for such small code edits i usually just fork, edit, pr and then delete my fork again :D
