e.g. use it to generate/emit cached artifacts (#15) for other cases:

feed the artifacts to anyone who is interested in the data
- generate static HTML webpages: experiment on your own without bothering current rustdoc HTML
- build your own tools: experiment on your own without bothering term-rustdoc
