手机版的host貌似已修正play市场403问题，但twitter问题仍在 #731

不知从何而起，smarthosts的twitter部分失效，甚至直接导致了推
特在vpn下都无法正常使用，11.22的更新貌似仍旧没有解决这问
题。但play市场的403问题好像已经解决
