北京服务器1hosts文件访问google+报403 #754

出了什么问题？问题出现时有错误提示么？有的话请附上

北京服务器1的smart hosts文件访问google+的时候报403，
但是用美国服务器的就没有问题，就是有点慢

出口IP：[124.193.167.51] 来自：北京市 电信通

hosts的更新日期是什么时候？

您知道经过什么样的步骤能解决这个问题么？
