Add version number #13

Can you add a version number to the code?

We could print the version number either with the help text, with a --version flag, and/or when running the program. For example:maast or maast -h or maast --version

We can start with a beta version (0.1.0) and increment to 1.0.0 when we have a final version for the paper.
