ability to turn off the automatic camera mode when rotating home view #67

if you rotate home view (or other views), the camera mode for a new tweet 
appears automatically

suggest an extra setting to allow user to turn off the rotate to camera feature 
(but on by default) to 
help people that may rotate slightly by accident while reading

I think that this feature should be made available by putting a camera button 
on each
page, rather than just being tossed into camera mode without any warning

This is easy to turn on/off with app settings and app delegate, good for 
version 3.0
