Feature request: please make indentation guides static #24

Hello,

thanks for sharing this package.

Would it be possible to make indentation guides static, instead of dynamic? I mean: indentation guides that stay there for all levels of indentation, until you change the code. Indentation guides that appear and disappear can be distracting.

I've tried implementing indent-guide with after-change-functions instead of pre/post-command-hook, but found some commands need indentation guides deleted before being invoked (sorry, I don't remember in detail). So it's probably not easy to implement.
