Add more integrals #28

Just recently started working with these again.

Two notes:

  1. Closed surface and volume integrals are less common in LaTeX, but do exist.
  2. It may be difficult to tell the difference between the clockwise and anticlockwise integrals, depending on the font. I personally don't experience much trouble distinguishing them.
