Trigger scroll animation if point is partially off-screen #56

Addresses #55 for C-n at bottom of a window showing part of a line of text. Does not take scroll-margin into account.

My pleasure, thanks for the great package! While I think there is still improvement to be made for #55 and scroll margins, this does close #37
