Feature Request: Shift mini map to extreme right, even when there are multiple buffers #59

Hi, I would like to be able to have the minimap all the way to the right, as it is eating into the space of the buffer that I am working on, when I split buffers horizontally.

Most optimally it could work like neotree, shifting all buffers to the right when neotree is displayed
