Display battery info only when it is available. #10

Now it displays BAT: N/A if battery not available. Instead removing battery info totally would be nice.

I think N/A should be displayed when the information is unavailable (to report that it's unavailable), but instead, users should be able to explicitly select what to display and what to not (as proposed in #3).
