I thought all commands is needed to output aggregated proof when I read README. But indeed required one was only aggregate_proof_all.

yes, you are right, the prove, aggregate_prove, and aggregate_prove_all are all for the proof generation. Maybe it's better to explain this in your PR.You can change the old tutorial, or it looks redundant.
