chore: add and update project community files

• Adds a collection of markdown documents to add to our Community Standards.

  • Code of Conduct doc
  • Contributing doc that outlines how someone can write guides to add to the project
  • Adds Apache and MIT licenses to the project
  • Add cute little tags to the README
  • Add a Support doc to help users in getting support

• Adds templates for Issues that use the Issue forms format

  • Bug Report issue template for reporting bugs with guides
  • Feature Report issue template for requesting new features to the site
  • New Guide Request issue template for requesting new guides

• Modify the Pull Request template. Simplifies the form and also adds in some additional descriptions for the user to read before submitting.

• Adds a link to the left sidebar that allows a user to open an Issue with a template that fills in which guide they're having trouble with.

• Cleans up some unused bits of code and mispellings
