Add Astraeus-based writer.

We can load in Eureka! files using Astraeus. Let's add a writer that uses Astraeus and/or h5py to spit things out as h5 files.

The formats we should make include:

[ ] Eureka! S3 SpecData
[ ] Eureka! S4 LCData
[ ] a more generic version with keywords that link directly to the default chromatic ones

We should provide units as attributes in a way that can be easily converted back into astropy when reloaded.
