added time to `from_feinstein` npy files #161

I've added the actual times to the numpy files I save occasionally! So I've gone ahead and removed the fake time array and replaced it with real ones :)

Sounds great! Since it'd be annoying for you to send me a file just so I could test it, I'll trust you that this does what you need.
