reformatted feinstein.py #181

just changed the order of the innards of my .npy files (now reads: time, wavelength, flux, err)

Looks good, @afeinstein20 ! Sorry for the delay merging this in. It's now in develop, which I think will shortly be marked as version 0.3.10. @catrionamurray , please be aware of this change, to make sure that you're using the right version of @afeinstein20 's files with the updated reader.
