Tidy up documentation, examples, options for recent functions. #194

For things like remove_trends, inflate_uncertainties, plot_noise_comparison, plot_noise_comparison_in_bins, try to make them a little more user-friendly.

Hmmm...blerg. I did some of these but realized that the Reference API page is missing all of the visualizations. To the list above, let's add all of the dang visualizations.

Oh wait, actually many of the visualizations are there, but some of the specific diagnostic ones are still missing.

Add a quick description of setting up an empty conda environment if you're worried about collisions with other dependencies you might need.
