Release version 0.4.0, switch to trapezoidal transit default. #203

This switches the default for inject_transit to be a trapezoidal transit. The parameters for this are a little different than the ones used by batman, so if folks have been putting parameters into injected transits (= @catrionamurray?), they may need to update their parameterizations slightly.
