Add samples with good masses and radii for stars, ultracool dwarfs, Solar System objects, white dwarfs + neutron stars + black holes. #45

(Perhaps slightly silly, but...) let's make it easy to make mass-radius diagrams across all sorts of astronomical objects.

The kludgy IDL code for Figure 1.4 of my thesis is long gone; let's make it easy for anyone to make that plot themselves and highlight their own little planet on top of it.

For stars, we need either eclipsing binaries or resolved binaries with interferometic radii (or maybe even just from fluxes and effective temperatures in these Gaia days)? See what this looks like from the GCNS sample we'll add in #44 ? If not, find a better empirical sample with direct measurements.

For Solar System objects, hopefully there's something in the JPL Solar System Dynamics databases that we can download?

For ultracool dwarfs, check recent TESS/NGTS/etc... eclipsing binary papers for recent comparisons.
