As described in docs/scripting.ipynb, it's currently possible to write scripts for all-internal calibrations. It would be nice to have an option to use truss lamps, which give more uniform illumination. They should be broadly similar, we just need to write scripts that

[ ] turn on the right truss lamps
[ ] use the expected times for the truss lamsp
[ ] remind the user to check with the telescope specialist that the covers are closed and eyelid is open
