tungsten-installer help should be shortened #56

tungsten-installer --help is too long.

The output should be reduced to the general options only, and the detailed 
options should be only displayed after

tungsten-installer --help-direct
or
tungsten-installer --help-master-slave

or it should display everything after
tungsten-installer --help-all
