Ability to define custom replicator.rmi_host, especially needed for testing 
environment with multiple Replicator instances on a single host.

Fix committed. One can define a custom RMI host via the following property in 
services.properties file:

  # RMI port to use for advertising JMX services
  replicator.rmi_port=12010                                                                  
  # Remove comment if custom host is needed below:
  #replicator.rmi_host=customhost

Note: services.properties shall be removed in the future, but rmi_host should 
be customizable in some other file together with rmi_port then. Currentl 
rmi_port is ignored if defined in static-replicator.properties file.
