Tungsten installer validation should have a rule for skip-name-resolve #87

A database server configured with skip-name-resolve may not be able to use 
Tungsten Replicator.
A validation rule checking this option in the my.cfg file should be added

Tungsten Replicator should not be limited by skip-name-resolve.
The new installing procedure takes care of it.

I could run the service without problems with this parameter, but I configure 
/etc/hosts file with the direcctions of my hosts.
