docx->pdf converter doesn't manage border for paragraph

The 
thirdparties-extension\org.apache.poi.xwpf.converter\src\test\resources\org\apac
he\poi\xwpf\converter\TemplateIndividuel.docx on the header have a border which 
not appears with generated PDF.
