However, there's a lot of ambiguity in GPSR paper.

Once you've nailed this down in implementation, please assign to me to update protocol accordingly.

I took a new stab at this in version 1.0.11 (c4e5d1e) based on more reading.

Still, let me know once you've actually implemented.
