SteamOS / Debian Support #105

Hi,

SteamOS is a Debian 7 (Wheezy) based GNU/Linux distro which was released on 
13th Dec 2013. As it is confirmed and proven, the OS is APT and dpkg 
competible. That would be great to have SopCast Player available for SteamOS. A 
Debian repo which includes VLC would do the job nicely. If Ubuntu repo is 
enough for SteamOS, a wiki article which explains how to install the software 
would be nice as well.
