1.凤凰卫视有杂音（尖锐的噪音）
2.类似1的问题能否在界面的首选项中设置VLC的重采样？
3.默认播放器能否也让用户选择（不要绑定VLC)

1. Phoenix Satellite TV ( sop://211.152.36.38:3912/6005 ) has noise (sharp 
noise).
2. Can there is a option to enable re-sampling of sound in VLC to fix the 
problem in 1? I do this by call mplayer in command line:

  mplayer -af resample=19200

3. Can also let the user to select (do not bind VLC) external player as default 
player? mplayer is favourite,but I have to install VLC now.

I have decided to leave this issue unresolved, its an edge case and I would 
rather focus my efforts on other areas of this project. Thank you for 
submitting this issue.
