build externals from source files #3

This PR adds the source files for the original [zirkhoa], [zirkhrtf~], and [zirkvbap] Pure Data externals and updates the Makefile to build them for the current platform. This should allow the server to run now on Windows and Linux as well as the previous macOS.

@chikashimiyama Can you quickly review the externals directories? I basically took your original sources and modified them to build with the pd-lib-builder Makefile. Also please check the attribution and I will also add some more headers later.

I made some edits so the external sources can also be built directly into an application. Everything seems to be working so far.
