feat: Update Anon Aadhaar circuit setup

This adds the AA circuits with just Sha256 + RSA and no nullifiers with 917,344 constraints.

Changes:

• Stores input value in JSON to have a lighter middleware
• Adds a new setup of AA
• Updates hardcoded bindings to use AA ones
• Add a new view for testing

I don't think it's necessary to merge this one, I'll do another one with the latest version of the circuits.
