CLI: Android support #94

Problem

For mopro-cli we want to add support for Android, just as we have for iOS.

Details

[ ] Create template project for Android
[ ] Add support for Android to init
[ ] Add support for Android to build
[ ] Add support for Android to export-bindings
[ ] Make sure a user can specify either of these platforms: ios|android|ios,android (core is always included

For testing and various other nice-to-haves we can either create separate issues or add to https://github.com/oskarth/mopro/issues/93
