Default view in History Page #21

Did we talk about bringing "All" to the left so that it is the first and default option for a range of time displayed? I think that would be a good move. Maybe we also call it "All Time" and the top level tab, "Any"

We did talk about it but we decided on using the word, "Latest". Can we just use "All time" to simplify things?
