Diff between Wise and Revolut: Ramp AccountRegistry

Significant diffs for client (relative to Wise):

No more off-ramper registration
Removed getAccountInfo, can just call getAccountId to get...account ID, no other data being tracked.
Removed wiseTag from registration data struct
Removed senderId from onRamp data struct
