Outdated web3modal version #190

The FE has the buggy behavior described in https://ethereum.stackexchange.com/questions/136863/on-using-web3modal-to-connect-the-metamask-it-shows-error-error-no-clv-walle

Solution seems to be using an up to date version of web3modal.

I can't contribute to the KZG ceremony because of this.

I ended up using the "contribute using Github" which thus solved my particular problem ;)
