Verification Section #217

This PR merges all Trent's and Carl's observations regarding the verification section of the transcript.

  1. Allows to verify transcript in the record page
  2. Shows transcript hash and total contributions in landing page
  3. Allows to tweet your verification
  4. Allows to claim POAP if you contributed with an Ethereum address
