Description

Adds /faq route (src/pages/faq.tsx), importing FAQ from ethereum/kzg-ceremony repo
Worked with existing FaqItem.tsx component, making small adjustments to improve responsive layout and accessibility (ie: onClick region reduced to just the title text, otherwise it was blocking any links that were included in the content, and preventing users from copying the text)

I've removed the one question that did not yet have an answer so we can at least make progress with what we have. Moved the "TODOs" out of this PR and into the existing issue to come back to as they don't need to block the current PR.
