Nico audit changes + Custom cursor #97

This PR contains:

  1. Fixes for the audit observations. Closes #93
  2. Fix for the custom cursor lag in Chrome (I am going to close the previous pull request). Closes #81
  3. The frontend issues described in #84 are addressed. Close #84
  4. Update ecdsaSignature attribute to camelCase. Close #98
