Implement editorial structural changes

Proposed contribution: Implement editorial structural changes to the document. For example:

• (1) Embed section 1.8 ("taxonomy of constructions") within a new chapter, to be developed with explanations of several paradigms/protocols for ZKPs;

This issue may remain open across the development of the document. The previous enumeration may be augmented with more items across time.

Proposed contributors: The editors (Daniel B, Luís B, Eran T) will consider the necessary structural changes (new chapters, sections, subsections, etc.) based on the overall set of contributions.

Contribution context: Inherently related to the editorial development of the reference document.

Here are some of the editorial structural changes integrated in version 0.2:

• New: "abstract" and "keywords"
• New: paragraph "About this version" and citation format
• New: section "About this community reference"
• Relocated: "Charter" (it is now before the "table of contents")
• Removed: "Code of conduct" (was focused on the workshop)
• New: "Intellectual property" section
• Changed: "Table of contents" (now shows subsections)
• New: Chapter 2 ("construction paradigms"), including one old and one new contributed section
• Removed: ZCon0 notes (it already exists as separate notes)
• New: "Acknowledgments" section, before the References
• New: "Version History" as appendix B
