This adds the infinitas 2024 update but also re-removes Damonisch (デモーニッシュ) from infinitas. Is this correct? cc @GRIM657

It might be the case that damonisch was removed and then somehow re-added?

Nevermind, this is just github doing a weird visual diff. Damonisch is already removed from infinitas. This PR tries to do it again. It's fine.
