Any objection to my adding yaml.el to (Non)GNU ELPA?

No objection at all! Actually adding it to GNU ELPA has been on my todolist for some time but the process being new to me I never got around to it.

Definitely let me know if you need anything else from me. I submitted my copyright assignment a few years back so I should be good to go on that.
