Remove add_gate and add_generic_gate from backend #50

After the refactor branch https://github.com/zksecurity/noname/pull/48 merged, we should be able to remove backend interfaces add_gate and add_generic_gate, as they are only applicable in kimchi backend.

actually this issue is highly relevant the refactor branch, so this is included in that branch.
