bugfix number effective tests #104

Ninon + Zoltán found the bug that introduced lots of incorrect R2s
now the number_of_effective_tests_in_C_nolambda is computed with the original (non-regularised) C matrix [Note that the effective test of regularised correlation matrices (which was used in previous versions) derived from small reference panels can drastically overestimate the effective tests leading to heavily underestimated (adjusted) imputation quality.]
